F.A.Q's

Our return policy allows for returns on any item purchased from us, provided it is shipped back within 14 days of receipt and is in the same condition as it was sent. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

For international returns, it is crucial that the returned item is marked as a return on the customs forms. Failure to do so may lead to administrative delays due to customs fees being levied on the returned goods. This could result in the parcel being returned to the sender or the buyer being held responsible for any additional fees incurred.

We do not accept returns on sale items, altered pieces (such as resized items), or items that have been on layover.

Please note that any purchase cancelled before shipping will be subject to a restocking fee equal to the fees incurred. If you have any questions or need assistance with a return, please feel free to contact us

RESIZING SERVICES

We do offer resizing services which are at a reasonable price. These services are outsourced by a trusted local goldsmith and take between 7_10 days.
Resizing is possible on many rings in stock but not all. Please check with us before purchase.
Most rings can be safely resized up to three sizes up and down.
Unfortunately we cannot offer resizing on rings set with gemstones at the back of the shank i.e. full eternity rings.
